Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I find my photos?

Go to the "Login" page (katiewoody.gotphoto.com) and enter the access code you received from school.  From there you can look through your photos, product options, and package options.

2. What if I lost my access code or did not receive it from school?

No worries!  Just reach out to Katie by text at 806.282.1488 and she will send it to you. 

3. Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the images?

Of course!  The watermark is only used to protect the photos against illegal downloads.  Please don't screenshot the photos.

4. Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?

Yes!  Click on "Did you get another access code?" under the main menu "Login".  You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will have access to all available photos at the same time.  Add what you'd like to order from each child to your cart to combine your order and pay all togerhter.  

5. What if I'm having trouble placing an order or need help?

6. Can I crop the images?

Yes.  You will find this option within the shopping cart.  

7. Where can I see the status of my order?

The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email.  Alternatively, you can log in to your account again and your order details can be found under "My Account."

8. How long will the delivery take?

Delivery time varies.  Digital orders will be delivered to your email immediately.  Print orders that you've chosen to ship to your home will be delivered within 5-10 days.  And print orders that you have chosen to recieve from school will be handed out in 2-3 weeks.

9.  If I purchase the digital images, can I print them myself?

Absolutely!  You will be sent a print release and are welcome to print them anywhere and as many times as you wish.  If you need recommendations of places to print products, reach out and I'm happy to help!
